Overview
Evolene's supplement scoop was experiencing functional issues affecting user experience and product consumption accuracy.
The Challenge
Existing scoop was undersized, provided inaccurate measurements, and became buried in protein powder, creating frustration for users.
The Approach
Conducted user research and ergonomic analysis, developed 3D-printed prototypes for testing, iterated through multiple designs. Engineered innovative hanging mechanism integrated with bottle neck redesign to prevent scoop burial.
The Outcome
A functionally superior scoop design that solves measurement accuracy, improves user experience, and eliminates powder burial through intelligent structural integration.
